You can use this wave of Wind as an Bonus Action in two ways. Or Reaction in the enemy's turn.

 - Strike with your weapon to the air for an Cone of Wave. Deal 3d6 Bludgeoning damage, every creature must make an 15 Constitution saving throw. When suceed take half damage. Any creature in the Cone, who have Medium or smallest size from you up tu 15 feet away must make an 15 Dexterity saving throw, when failed pushed 10 feet away from you.

 - Stab down your weapon to the ground for make an Circle of Wave. Deal 3d6 Bludgeoning damage, every creature must make an 15 Constitution saving throw. When suceed take half damage. Any creature in the Circle, who have Medium or smallest size from you up tu 15 feet away must make an 15 Dexterity saving throw, when failed pushed 10 feet away from you.

The spell have Extended Area when you reach higher levels: 1d10+2 damage and aditional 5 feet  at 6th level, 2d10+2 damage and aditional 5 feet at 9th level, 3d10+2 damage and aditional 5 feet at 12th level, 3d10+2 damage and aditional 5 feet at 15th level, 4d10+2 damage and aditional 5 feet at 18th level, and 5d10+2 damage and aditional 5 feet at 20th level.
