When you cast this spell you summon a storm cloud above a creature and make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, you deal 10d10 Thunder damage, as well as 10d10 Lightning Damage. Your attack roll scores a critical hit on a d20 roll of 19 or 20. If it is already storming in the area you can add an additional 2d10 each of Thunder and Lightning damage.

Posted Jan 28, 2021you should be aware that artificers generally cannot cast 7th level spells and that the chance of you missing this attack and just completely wasting a 7th level spell slot it just way too big, especially when compared to the accuracy of pokemon moves (i assume that this is based on a move from pokemon)
Thunder damage is meant to represent the damage dealt by extremely loud noises, so perhaps it is not appropriate for it to deal 10d10 thunder damage, already a little too much damage for its level
