You select one target that you can see within 60ft and they must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save they take one of the following three effects of your choosing upon failing the saving throw:
• If they are a large size creature or smaller they are shrunk down safely to the size of a tiny creature. If they are larger than the large size category then they are instead shrunken down to a medium sized creature. Their stats are reduced by 4 to all physical stats. This effect lasts for an hour.
• Any object that is no bigger than a 25ft cube is condensed into the size of a marble and it can be brought back to its original size and state of being upon your choosing to do so. This effect lasts for one week.
• If the effect is successful on the target you can instead choose to delay the condensing feature to instead apply it to reduce the range and radius of any area of effect abilities or spells that they use. This will half both the range, radius, and total damage done. Once this feature is used the spell ends.
