Beam of fear

The caster manifests its most malicious, nasty, awful thoughts into a black and red beam. The target must make a wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 5d10 psychic damage, and becomes frightened of the caster. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and does not become frightened of the caster. If the caster of this spell is of any good alignment, it deals 1d10 less damage. If the caster of this spell is of any evil alignment, it deals 1d10 more damage.
