choose a point within range. a multitude of spears spear at the point, and begin to whirl in a 20 foot cylinder centered on the point. whenever a creature end its turn in the cylinder, or enters it for the first time (including when you cast the spell) they must make a dexterity saving throw. on a failed save, a creature takes 5d10 piercing damage, and must make a strength saving throw. on a failed strength saving throw, the creature takes 2d8 bludgeoning damage, is knocked prone, and sucked to the center of the cylinder. additionally, the cylinder is difficult terrain.
