When cast, as an action, all enemies within 360' of you take 1d100 + 10 fire damage. Any creature killed this way is reduced to the finest ash. This can be used in other spells.
You also gain flaming wings, granting a flying speed of 120'. You gain critical success on Intimidation checks.

Posted Jul 19, 2021This really isn't that powerful.
So free succeses on intimidation is the best part of this, but that's only about 8th (maybe even 7th) spell levels of strong. On average, this deals 60.5 damage. At max, 110. Meteor Swarm, another 9th level spell, deals an average of 560. At max, 960.
