You reach into the fabric of spacetime itself, creating a bubble of 120ft (Radius). In said bubble, you can revert back every event, every movement and every attack, down to a molecular level by 1d12 minutes . The caster can revert up to 1d4 creatures of their choosing, for each creature above the rolled die's limit, the caster takes 1d12 psychic damage.
All chosen creatures, designated by the caster are reverted back, returning to the state they were in, regaining the hit points and spell slots they had back in the moment they were reverted to.
All creatures that were not chosen, remain in stasis up until the Chronobreak is complete. The disruption in the fabric of reality is unbeknownst to them, surpassing their comprehension, they must succeed an intelligence saving throw or be stunned for 1d4 turns.
After casting this spell, the caster takes 5 points of exhaustion and is knocked unconscious. Their intelligence is reduced by 1d20 and they must take 2d12 long rests, to lose all of their exhaustion points. and return to their prime. The caster is granted advantage if they are nursed by a Wizard of Transmutation/ Chronurgy and a Knowledge Domain Cleric.
The spell can only be cast by a Wizard of Transmutation, Level 17 or higher. If the caster is below level 17, they must succeed 3 saving throws or be transported 1d4 days in the future. Add 1d4 for each level under 17 all the way down to 9. If the caster is under level 9, they are taken to a random point in time determined by the DM, who must roll 1d100 years in the past, Vanishing from the current timeline.
Cannot be counter-spelled.
