Barrier of Power

When you cast the spell, a magical, near transparent barrier springs into existence at a point you choose within range. When you cast this spell, you may choose to have the barrier cover a doorway and all windows to the same room as the doorway or you may choose it to be manifested as a bubble surrounding a point on the ground. You may also choose one of the following ways that your barrier will affect things:

Barrier of law: If you choose this mode and you also choose to have this spell covering up a door, then the effects of the spell reach into the entire room. While a creature is in the room and it breaks the law of the land, then it will instantly be turned to stone.

Barrier of safety: In this mode, you choose up to five characters or races when you cast the spell. Only those characters or races can go through the barrier. All magic except that in magic items is dispelled when it goes through this barrier.

Trapping Barrier: Nothing can pass through this barrier, trapping things but also protecting them.

When you cast this spell, choose up to five creatures. Those creatures can turn the barrier on and off when they are within 30 feet of it. You must be able to see these creatures when you cast the spell. if you cast this spell every on the same spot for a year, it's effects become permanent.
