Void Clone

A shadowy figure is produced from yourself and will attack with any physical weapons you have on you at the time of creation. It can't cast spells but can be cast upon, for example, you could cast mage armor on it.

It has identical stats to the user, but it only has 4d8 hit points. If cast while another clone is active, all stats, excluding health, is halved for both. Can be instructed using bonus action. If within 5 feet, they can absorb damage done to you.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level, you can summon one additional clone without penalty and the duration is extended to 8 hours. When you cast using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you can summon another additional creature upon the additional one, and they all gain an extra 2d8 hit points.
