for the duration, blades whirl around you, slashing enemies. your speed in increases by 10 feet, you do not provoke opportunity attacks, you can make 2 melee attacks instead of one when you take the attack action on your turn, and a creature comes within 5 feet of you for the first time or ends their turn there, they must make a dexterity saving throw, taking 13 (3d8) slashing damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 6th, the range of the balds increases by 5 feet, and your speed increases by an additional 10 feet.
