Branrim's Change Weight

You change the physical properties of an object you touch. The object you touch has its weight reduced by half or doubled for 5 hours. Using this on a weapon grants it the light or heavy property. Using this spell once a day for 4 months on an object causes its weight to permanently be cut in half or doubled. You cannot have more than one object's weight changed at a time.
