Cloud of Frost

You create a large gray, cloud above a space of your choice within range that rains icicles and snow within a 20ft space. Creature's within are to make a DEX saving throw. On a fail, the target takes 1d4 cold damage, and all terrain in the area is considered ruff until the spell ends

At Higher Levels When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage  increases by 1d4 and the area of effect is increases by 5ft for each spell slot.
