Collecting a small portion of dust / dirt or dander, you blow this into the face of your target, one target within a 10ft range must roll a saving throw of 15 or greater to no be affected. You blow the material components into the face of your target. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target goes into a sneezing fit. The target is considered incapacitated and cannot speak for the duration of the spell.
If the target is successful in the their saving throw (15 or greater) they simply sneeze away the dust / dirt or dander and the caster ends their turn with a bonus action if available.
If the saving throw was unsuccessful, then the target can no longer speak - every time they open their mouth to speak, only sneezes can be heard. Any attempt at hand signals are broken up with whaling arms as they sneeze and any written word is blown away or soaked by mucus by a mighty sneeze.
The target will roll one D4 damage at the beginning of their turn.
This spell lasts until the target is dead or the spell is dismissed by the caster.
At higher levels, range is greater - Level 5: range reaches 15 feet and may anyone within that range / Level 9: range reaches 20 feet and may anyone within that range / Level 12: range reaches 40 feet and may anyone within that range
