For the duration of the spell: The weapon's damage die increases by one stage (from a d4 to a d6, d6 to a d8 and so on.) If the weapon's original damage die is a d12, you instead roll an extra d4 instead of scaling up. The weapon gains the versatile property, in which the weapon deals its original damage with one hand, and its scaled-up damage when using two hands. The weapon is treated as Magical if it isn't already.
The spell ends if you cast it again or let go of the weapon.
