Algophobia (Fear of Pain)

You stare directly at a creature and mutter a phrase, and the creature that damaged you is overcome with searing mental pain and fear. The creature must make an Intelligence saving throw. It takes 1d10 psychic damage on a failed save, and is frightened of you for 1 round. On a success, the target is not frightened and takes half damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 1st.
