Bestow Madness

You wiper words of madness that only the target can hear, the target doesn't have to understand your language. The target must succeed on wisdom saving throw or it must role 100d on the Long-term Madness Table. If the target fails it's saving throw by more then 5 it has to role one the in determent madness table. If the target has an defend intelligence of 5 or lower it automatically succeeds it's wisdom saving throw.
