You create two movable water columns that act as extentions of your arms. You can now do Melee attacks that involve using your hands over a distance of up to 20 ft. . You can also use this arm to cut your opponent in a specific melee attack of the spell giving 4d10 cutting damage if you hit.
An electrical, cold, necrotic, psychic, radiant or thunder damage destroys the arms. An opponent may attempt to make an action by attacking instead of the opponent himself. In this case, the Armor Class of the arm would be your Armor Class - 3.
When an water arm is destroyed, its water spreads in a chaotic manner, forming a few small puddles and many droplets.
