Chorus of Dread

You whisper a discordant melody that projects an visage of terror that up to 5 creatures of your choice that within range can hear and see, wracking them with terrible fear. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save,the creature/s are incapacitated with terror. On a failed saved creatures have disadvantage on saving throws, ability checks and attack rolls.  On a successful save,  the creature is not incapacitated. Creatures that cannot hear or see are not affected by this spell. Undead and Constructs are also not affected by this spell. Spell lasts for one minute. Affected Targets are able to attempt the saving throw at the end of their turn. On a succesful save creatures are immune to this affect for the next 24 hours.
