You sing a song dating back to the beginning of the universe that holds the key to life and death itself. To your allies, the song is of power, hope and life, invigorating them. To your enemies, the song strikes fear in their hearts and pierces their very soul, threatening to tear it from them.
At the end of the song, each creature who heard the song and is allied with you regains all their Hit Points and any expended hit die. They lose any levels of exhaustion they may have, and any effects they are under. (blinded, deafened, paralyzed, etc) Any and all curses or diseases they are affected by end.
At the end of the song, each creature who heard the song and is not allied with you must make a Wisdom Saving Throw. If they fail, they die. If the creature succeeds it takes 10d6 psychic damage and is frightened of you for the next minute. The creature can remake the save against being frightened at the beginning of each of its turns.
