say "oh great power give me protection" then 4 blood walls surround you and 3 companions each wall has 200 hp and can be healed for each time one of the walls gets hit by any attack even magical gain 2d6 health back also when you say the phrase from the beginning you lose 20 hp  also for each level above 2nd level the health you gain from the walls being attack gain another d6 dice.
