Chaos Matter

A strange form of chaos, a pure source of magic, is hurled towards an enemy. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d6 (your choice) damage.

The spell creates more than one form at higher class levels: two forms at 5th level, three forms at 6th level, and four forms at 7th level. You can direct the forms at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each form, each dealing a specific damage type (your choice).
