Vatesh’ Radiant Arrow

An arrow created from blinding light is conjured. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit the target takes 4d8 radiant damage. The arrow shatters on impact and anyone with in 15ft of the targeted creature as well as the targeted creature must make a constitution saving throw. On a failed save the creatures are blinded until the end of the casters next turn. On a successful save the creatures aren’t blinded.

For every spell slot above 4th you gain an extra 1d8 to the damage from 5th level and higher.
