Posted Jan 12, 2019I feel this should be 4th or 5h level (not only can you fly but you gain great speed) with a typical duration of 1 hour. 2-hour duration isn't found anywhere in official books afaik).
Maybe change "horse" for "mount"?
Can this be cast on a phantom steed?
