On a failed save, the target takes 3d10 bludgeoning damage, and you can either knock it prone or pull it up to 25 feet closer to you. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage, and you don’t pull it or knock it prone.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a 2nd level spell slot or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 1st.
