Wrack

Select a target with a nervous system. You shock and overwhelm it with pain, blinding their eyes and rending their entire body with pins and needles. The target makes Constitution saving throw and on fail is knocked prone, blinded and frightened for the duration. The source of the frightened effect is considered the creature's own body, and so is always within line of sight for the creature, despite their blinding.
