A creature you can see must make a Constitution save. It takes 4d8 necrotic damage on a fail, or half on a success. Also on a fail, the extreme pain deals another 2d8 and forces it prone at the end of each its turns. After this it can make another Constitution save, ending the spell on a success. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.
At Higher Levels: You can target one additional creature for each slot level above 4st. The creatures must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
