Bloodletting

You infuse the healing energy of your magic with deadly necrotic force. Until this spell ends, any spell or effect that you use that would cause a target to regain hit points instead causes the target to take that many points of Necrotic Damage.

This spell's effect cannot be ended early, except by a dispel magic effect.
