Amplify

The user may use their reaction or bonus action to absorb a fire spell that in cast and the spell is near them. (Ex: Fireball may have been cast from 100ft away but the fireball still gets close enough to be absorbed.) 

When the user absorbs the spell, the user takes damage equal to half the absorbed spell's damage. The user then may recast the amplify spell as an action. When recasted the spell explodes from out of the user, dealing double the original spell's damage. 

The original spell's effects carry over affecting environment. (Ex: If fire bolt says "A flammable object hit by this spell ignites if it isn't being worn or carried." then the same effects follow when recasting amplify and explodes the magic.)
