Condemn the Dying

You cast the spell on an unconscious creature, attempting death saves. Upon performance of the spell, the unconscious creature gains one failure on their death saves. If the spell is performed on an unconscious creature with two failed death saves, the creature will die.

If the material component used is the blood of the same creature as the spell is being preformed on, the creature gains two failures on their death saves.
