Bubble Hex

This spell has the Hex tag. Choose a creature you can see within range. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save they are poisoned for the next 8d10 rounds, and every time they open their mouth, bubbles pop out. Whenever they use an attack involving their mouth or attempt a spell with a Verbal component, they must make an additional Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. They take 8d6 poison damage and the attempt fails on a failed save, and they take half as much and succeed on a successful one.
