Wrath of the Seven Storms

Enraged, you glare at your enemy and yell out to the sky "I summon the Wrath of the Seven Storms", almost immediately a cold wind rushes in, clouds appear, it turns into a blizzard of ice and snow swirling around everyone and everything, with you at the center. You control the storm to focus on your enemy and they are frozen from the outside in.
