To cast this spell you must first draw a precise arcane circle with a radius of 10 ft and place candles and gemstones at specific points along the circumference. When you complete the casting of this spell, you transport yourself and up to 4 other willing creatures within the circle to another time and/or place. The point you arrive at will be an unoccupied space within 1000 feet of a good creature in desperate need of help that has lost all hope. This spell can transport you across all worlds, all times, and all planes of existence. When this spell ends, all transported creatures and objects are immediately sent back to the exact time and place that the spell was cast and take 1d4 levels of exhaustion. Due to the unpredictable nature of the spell, any other objects in the possession of an affected creature have a chance to return when the spell ends. A transported creature that drops to 0 hit points instantly disappears and is sent back to the time and place the spell was cast.

The destination might be on a sinking ship, in a burning building, the turning point of a great battle, the torture chamber of an innocent, the moment a demon lord has been summoned, or a city being attacked by the Tarrasque.
