Albany's Brilliant Bolt

When you cast this spell while holding an arrow or crossbow bolt, the arrow erupts into sunlight and sheds bright light in a 20 foot radius.

When the ammunition impacts after being fired it explodes with a brilliant flash of light, any creature that is within 20 feet of the impact point must succeed on a constitution saving throw or be blinded for one minute. Creatures that are relying on dark vision to see have disadvantage on this saving throw.

A creature blinded by this spell makes another Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, it is no longer blinded.
