You recall the enslavement of the villain Kaestelaria by the dead god Amaan. You summon similar shackles to restrain your foes. Chains spring from a point that you can see in range. Each creature within a 20 ft. sphere centered on the point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d6 force damage and is restrained, or half as much on a successful one and is not restrained.
A restrained creature may use its action to attempt to free itself. It must succeed on an Athletics or Acrobatics check with a DC equal to your spell DC.
