A grave sin deserves Judgement. No one shall escape their punishment for you are reighteous.

Divine chains materialise to bind the Target. The Target may make a WIS saving throw against your spell DC+5 or 17, whichever is higher, to avoid the spell on the initial casting, but may no longer do so once affected. On a failed save the Target is restrained and paralyzed untill the spell is dispelled. To dispel this spell, dispel magic has to be cast of 7th level or higher or by a follower of Tyr with any spelllevel by pleading for Tyr's mercy.
