A small Hut, Log Cabin, or Hillside Burrow, slowly manifests at a point within range. Any creatures inside the area are softly ejected out before this spell takes effect. Each of the structures you can create, are sparsely furnished, with one bed, a door and a window. The door has a lock that takes a DC 10 Dexterity check, to open. The layout can be however you choose, but the size is determined by the type of building. The building, and all things created by this spell, disappear at the end of the duration.

Log Cabin: 

A rectangular building made of logs, this is 25 by 15 feet long. It has an 8 feet tall ceiling. There is a fireplace and a chimney, that doesn't contain any wood.

Hut:

A square building with a thatched roof, that is 20 by 20 feet. It has a 10 foot tall ceiling It has a hole in the roof, and a cooking area that doesn't contain any wood, or cooks tools.

Hillside Burrow: Prerequisite: a hill large enough

A home carved into a hill, that is 30 by 15 feet. It has a 6 foot tall ceiling. It doesn't have a place where you can safely make a fire without burning it.

Casting this spell on the same spot once every day for a year makes the structure permanent. Alternatively, spending a diamond worth 100 gold at the end of a month of casting this spell on the same spot every day, will automatically make it permanent.
