Comprehend Fungi

One creature of your choice within range is subjected to an explanation that fungi and plants are inherently different forms of life. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a success, they hold on to their false reality that mushrooms are a plant. On a failure, the creature is no longer capable of using spells that effect plants, such as speak with plants, to influence, communicate, or control fungi and fungal creatures.

The creature remains cursed in this way until subject to a remove curse spell, or other similar magic.
