Blinding Flash

You create a mote of concentrated light and send it to a point you choose within range where it bursts into a blinding display of light. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. This area is blocked by an opaque wall or other object that would obscure vision. If a target fails the saving throw, it is blinded for the duration. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.
