The air in a 5 foot radius sphere around you becomes as dence as water allowing you to swim through the air like it was water. The condition inside the sphere is called submerged and breating can only be done with magical means or by an inate capability to breath underwater. All attacks made from within the sphere are made with disadvantage but all attacks made against someone within the sphere suffer no penalties.
By spending more charges, either the radius of the sphere is increased by 5 foot or the durating of the spell is doubled.
