Azazel's Shark of Storms

A massive shark made of blue lightning comes out of the ground at the target area and chomps down on the targets. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 4d12 lightning damage on a failed save and becomes grappled  taking 1d12 lightning damage until broken free, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The lightning ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d12 for each slot level above 4th
