You learn to pull a fictional character from the storybook pages of fiction and give it physical form. As well as tether your magical essence and ability to it. This creates an Advanced Magical Servant. The abilities of the servant and personality are directly correlated to the character you select.
The Advanced Magical Servant has all of the caster's magical abilities and class features. though all of its ability checks use the caster's spell attack bonuses and the spell casting DC is equal to the caster's. In addition the servant acts as a Familiar without the attack restriction. The max health is equal to the caster's at the time of casting the spell.
Casting the spell as a ritual allows you to combine the spell effect of other spells in your spellbook. Such as Jump. Giving the servent a constant tripled jump distance till the servant is dispelled or destroyed. Alternatively you could choose a Feat to apply to the servent. Such as Fighter Initiate and give your servent a fighting stile.
When casting the spell is a ritual the more pages the book used has the more autonomy and ability gained. If the page count is over 200 then the servent has a 10% chance of obtaining a additional ability based on the chosen character's fictional exploits. The chance of obtaining a additional ability Increases by 10% every additional 100 pages in the book used.
