Bestow Physical Curse

Target creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become physically cursed. When you cast this spell, choose the nature of the curse from the following options:

• Red Eyes: Target creature's eyes start to bleed. They have disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws and are blinded
• Spinal Cord Injury: Target creature hears a crack, as they feel a sharp pain run up their spine. The creature has disadvantage on Strength checks, Strength saving throws, attack rolls that use Strength and their walking speed can be no higher then 10ft.
• Seizure: The creature's body is overcome with shaking. The creature has disadvantage on Dexterity checks, Dexterity saving throws, attack rolls that use Dexterity and their walking speed can be no higher than 10ft. 
• Bloody Mouth: You are unable to speak correctly as blood flows out of your mouth. You are unable to cast any spells with the Verbal (V) component, you suffer disadvantage on all Charisma-based rolls and cannot give Bardic Inspiration by singing or by a wind-instrument. 
• Chronic Wounds: Any injury the creature suffers bleeds uncontrollably. The creature has disadvantage on Constitution checks and Constitution saving throws. In addition, whenever the creature takes damage, it is stunned until the end of its next turn.
• Thrombosis: The creature's brain suffers a blood clot. The creature has disadvantage on Intelligence checks and Intelligence saving throws, and the creature behaves as if under the effects of the confusion spell during combat. Also, the creatures' fingers are moderately paralyzed, because of this the creature cannot cast any spells that require the Somatic component.    

A wish or greater restoration spell of 9th level ends this effect. At the GM's option, you may choose an alternative curse effect, but it should be no more powerful than those described above. The GM has final say on such a curse's effect.
