You unleash a surge of energy forming a line 25 feet long and 15 feet wide blasts out from you in a direction you choose. An enemy who is hit deal 1d6 less damage from their attacks and spells until the end of their next turn. You and any friendly creatures hit gain temporary hit points equal to 1d6 + your spellcasting ability modifier.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the temporary hit points increase by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
