Bubble Beam

You create three streams of bubbles and propel them at targets within range. You can propel them at one target or several.

Make a ranged spell attack for each stream of bubbles. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 water damage. Elementals with a fire affinity take double damage. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you create one additional stream of bubbles for each slot level above 2nd.
