You impose your will on nature itself, and command it to halt. In a 60 foot radius sphere centered on yourself, all natural phenomenon freezes in time and space. Living creatures and magical plants are not affected by the stasis. 

Any natural phenomenon that could cause damage, (ie: bolts of lightning, flames, lava, etc.) will still cause damage upon contact. Touching these damaging forces is more dangerous during the stasis, dealing 20D6 point of damage based on the source (fire damage from lava or flames, lightning from lightning, etc.) upon contact, and again at if a creature ends its turn in contact with that force.

Creatures that die within the stasis cannot be resurrected unless the stasis is dispelled, by the caster or by the Dispell Magic spell cast at 9th level. Dead creatures inside the stasis do not decompose, however, unless removed from the stasis field.

Casting this spell in the same area every day for one year makes the stasis permanent, and only able to be dispelled by a Wish spell or by the original caster.
