The ground in a 20-foot radius centered on a point within range freezes and ice-like sculptures of flowers bloom, this area is difficult terrain. When a creature enters the area for the first time during their turn or starts their turn in the area, they take 2d4 cold damage and their movement speed is reduced by 5 feet. Additionally, if a creature that is inside the area would attempt to leave it, they receive an additional 2d4 cold damage and their movement speed is reduced by an additional 5 feet. If their movement speed is reduced to 0 in this way, they remain inside the spell area.
