The caster creates a small burst of lightning that springs forth at the speed of light hitting their target. The target must make a constitution or suffer 1d4 lightning damage, as well as have disadvantage on their next attack roll.

This spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
