Choose a point within range and create a cylinder, 30ft tall and 30ft in diameter. Whenever any creature inside the area is healed or recovers hit points in any way, the creature immediately takes necrotic damage equal to half the total recovered hit points.

The spell lasts for the duration, or until dispelled as a bonus action.
