You send from the palm of your hand a magical beam towards a target, the target makes a WIS save and on a fail, fall paralyzed, the color of their eyes dance and the target feels drugged, as an action, it can make the WIS save, if they fail, they take 2d12 Necrotic damage, on a success, the spell ends. The target is immune to Psychic damage and resistant to all non-magical damage, because they have become, comfortably numb.
