Arc Shower

You speak arcane words quickly and slam the ground with great force.  A shower of red arcs of lightening to spark forth from the point of impact.

Each creature of within your 15 foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw, or take 2d6 lightening damage. A creature that fails this saving throw is blinded until the start of your next turn.  On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and not blinded.

For each level above first that the spell is cast it does an additional 1D6 lightening damage.
